Samerya Resort - the largest closed community planned at the outskirt of Riyadh is one of its kind in the Saudi and GCC-will establish a large Spa and Medical Beauty facilities overseeing large areas of green landscape and garden cliffs. new cultural venues include an Opera House; car museum; concert halls; small zoo, shooting range , equestrian club. 18 holes Golf course and will be supported by many restaurants serving everything from traditional Arabic food to and Indian cuisines .

 

The masterplan will house around 400 Luxury Villas, with a 5star Boutique Hotel and 35 resort chalets Bringing together places to live, relax and meditate, cafes and restaurants, the resort is designed to create a place of sanctuary for the people and visitors of Riyadh. The Resort is designed to achieve a carbon-neutral rating. using a synergistic system of high-efficiency and low-consumption infrastructure.

 

The low-energy design includes district cooling and heating. grey water recycling. energy recovery systems for sewage, waste recycling, a waste-to-energy scheme and the generation of local, low-carbon electricity. There is also provision for solar energy generation.
